The school focusses on local and ethnic culinary specialities. Certain lessons will be dedicated to specific recipes to learn how to prepare the tastiest dishes of our tradition or to discover those of other cultures. From carpaccio to fondue, from couscous to mixed fries and the most appropriate combinations of food and wine.

Evening lessons begin at 6.30 p.m. and end at 11 p.m.

We also propose an afternoon course for children to discover their favourite dishes together and also to carry out extraordinary experiments.
